Overview
ConnectSphere provides a website and browser extension for hosting and joining browser-based video meetings. This policy explains what information may be used by the website and extension.
Information The Extension Uses
The ConnectSphere browser extension lets users host or join meetings from a popup. If you save a custom website URL in the extension settings, it is stored locally in your browser (similar to website storage) so the extension can open the correct meeting website. This stays on your device.
Information The Extension Does Not Collect
The extension does not collect, sell, or share personal information. It does not collect browsing history, passwords, payment information, health information, private messages, or meeting audio/video.
Meeting Service
Live meetings are powered by the Jitsi Meet embedded meeting service. When users join a meeting, browser camera and microphone permissions are handled by the browser and the meeting service. ConnectSphere does not store meeting recordings, audio, video, or chat messages.
Contact Sales Form
If a user submits the Contact Sales form, the submitted details may include name, email, company, team size, interest, and message. These details are used only to respond to the sales request.
Data Sharing
ConnectSphere does not sell user data. Contact form submissions may be processed by the website hosting provider. Meeting functionality is provided through the embedded Jitsi Meet service.
Contact
For privacy questions, contact the ConnectSphere site owner through the Contact Sales page.
